This is your Love Note to remind you to TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF! 6 years ago my mom almost didn't wake up from a routine hysterectomy. During the procedure, she had a massive stroke that left her temporarily paralyzed and she completely lost her ability to speak. Fast forward to months after the stroke I asked my mom one simple (yet powerful) question.... "Why did you do this to yourself?"
