Create grungy gel prints with the petroleum jelly resist technique. Steps: Take a colored sheet of paper or gel print and place a mask on top. Apply a THIN layer of the jelly in the open areas. Roll out some soft body acrylic paint on the Gelli ArtsĀ® printing plate and place the paper with the jelly on top. Rub well, then lift up. Use a paper towel to wipe away any excess petroleum jelly. For this video GelliĀ® artist Birgit Koopsen used watercolor paper for extra texture in the print. #gelliarts
